You must be 25 or older with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a credit or debit card for payment and deposit.
A temporary hold is placed at checkout. After you return the trailer, we inspect it and refund your deposit within 5–7 business days.
You’ll need a 2-5/16″ hitch, 7-pin plug, and a brake controller for any trailer equipped with brakes.
If you’re unsure, we can help confirm your setup before pickup.
If you notice a problem or damage the trailer, contact us right away.
We’ll assess the situation, help you resolve it safely, and review any repair or deposit adjustments after inspection.
Yes — if the trailer isn’t booked by another customer, we can extend your rental.
Just text or call before your return date, and we’ll update your booking.
