SMS Notifications & Consent

Stamford Trailers uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers about active or upcoming trailer rentals.

Customers may opt in to rental-related SMS messages during online checkout. During checkout, customers review the Rental Terms and SMS Rental Notification disclosure and must actively check the checkout consent box before placing a booking.

The checkout checkbox states:

“I agree to the Rental Terms and to receive rental-related SMS text notifications from Stamford Trailers.”

SMS messages from Stamford Trailers may include:

Booking confirmations
Pickup or delivery coordination
Rental agreement reminders
Return reminders
Deposit/refund updates
Customer support related to a rental

Message frequency varies depending on rental activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to cancel SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is specific to Stamford Trailers. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Stamford Trailers does not use this SMS program for third-party marketing or unrelated promotional messaging.
